At St Martin’s, we believe every child’s voice matters. Speaking, sharing ideas, and presenting thoughts confidently are key parts of our personal development programme. Through Klassen Kage, class assemblies, pupil surveys and school votes, children have regular opportunities to share their thoughts and feelings, resolve conflicts and influence decisions about school life. Pupils have helped to choose areas such as our new class names and the clubs offered in school, developing their confidence and understanding that their voices matter.
