Throughout the academic year 2025-2026, St Martin's are developing a bespoke Personal Development Curriculum. This will coherently and sequentially map out the opportunities for personal development that our children are given throughout their eight years at St Martin's, within and beyond the offer of our main curriculum.

We know that personal development underpins children's academic and social achievements and is a powerful tool in providing equity. By ensuring that our children have access to a wide, rich set of experiences, we are able to develop their talents and interests, creating confidence, resilience and independence in all aspects of their lives. These opportunities are closely planned to match the personal development needs within our cohort.
